NEW, EXPANDED TIMETABLE
From Monday 2 February, we’re thrilled to roll out an expanded timetable with 8 additional classes each week.
That means more chances to train, more flexibility around work and family… and fewer “I just couldn’t make it” moments.
What’s new this week
1) New 7:15am classes on Strength days
We’ve added 7:15am sessions on our Strength days to give you another morning option — perfect if 6:15am is a squeeze, or if you like to get the workout done before the day gets away from you.
2) New 30-minute lunchtime Strength classes
We’re also introducing lunchtime Strength classes that are only 30 minutes.
Think of them as an express version of our 45-minute sessions — the same smart coaching and strength focus, just tighter and punchier.
They’re ideal for:
WFH lunch breaks
Busy schedules
Anyone who wants a quick in-and-out session without sacrificing quality
